MONTHLY KIT - CLOSER LOOK AT AUGUST

Have you noticed that monthly subscription boxes are everywhere? Everything from beauty products and dog toys to clothing and meals! I LOVE subscription boxes, but I often find that they are too expensive or they aren't available in my area - so when I heard that Stampin' Up! provided a monthly crafting kit that would come directly to my door each month AND that it was affordable I knew I wanted to give it a try!

Each month's Paper Pumpkin kit has everything (ink, stamps, adhesive, etc) to create a project all for $27! The project could be to make a set of cards, cards & gift bags, home decor, treat bags, etc. Another bonus is that the subscription is setup to work for you - you can purchase one to try it out, or 3, 6 or 12 months worth. Or you can subscribe monthly with the option to cancel any time. (scroll to the bottom for a list of options and pricing)

Here is a video I put together showing you what was in my August box:

ALSO Stampin' Up! is offering an amazing deal right now - 50% off your first month to all new subscribers! Again this is a great chance to check it out and see if it works for you.

Each lovely Giftable Greetings kit comes with the Giftable Greetings Stamp Set, 1 Night of Navy ink spot, 8 printed card bases (4 ea. of 2 colors), 8 printed envelopes (4 ea. of 2 colors), 1 printed card box, 1 clear box lid, 3 sheets leaf stickers, 2 sheets die-cut flowers (1 ea. of 2 colors), 2 sheets printed die-cut ovals, 1 sheet blank die-cut ovals, 1 sheet printed die-cut tags, 1 sheet printed die-cut flowers, 2/3 yd. navy baker’s twine, 1 yd. striped coral ribbon, 50 dimensionals, and 50 adhesive dots—so you’ll have lots of fun things to play with!

If you’re a die-hard gift-giver, your eyes will zero in on that lovely box with its gorgeous floral design and clear acetate top. You may even imagine it full of cards you’ve made yourself, tied with a lovely, striped coral bow—ready to give to one of your very best friends! It’s pretty irresistible, and yes, you might need one for yourself!

If you just watched the above video you now know how easy it is to assemble these cards—but we’re all creative types here, right? Sometimes we strike out into the unknown and go our own way. Maybe add an unexpected pop of color or a fun embellishment. Check back on Wednesday when I will share some creative twists and suggestions on how to take your kit even further!
